Hi, I’m maureen richards.
I am Maureen Richards, the founder of Virtually Elevates, LLC. My journey began in Ireland, where I pursued my education in Computer Programming before relocating to the United States in 1994. My career in the U.S. commenced with a rewarding two-year stint as a nanny, after which, I transitioned to an administrative role at a computer software publishing and Nanotechnology company.
My first task there was a daunting one – to input a decade's worth of registration cards for the company's software sales. Picture a 50x50 square foot room filled to the brim with stacks of boxes, each piled ten high, with no visible carpet. I was astonished when I learned what was expected of me. It took me six months of dedicated effort, but I proudly framed that last registration card, which remained on my desk for the entirety of my nine-year tenure.
My career journey then led me to become a Marketing Assistant at Weichert, Realtors®-Coastal Properties, where I spent over 17 years. During this time, I assumed the roles of Marketing Director in 2010 and Relocation Director in 2016, holding both positions until 2020 when I served as the Vice President and Relocation Director. Some of my most meaningful accomplishments were becoming Number 3 real estate company in our area and creating a substantial profit center from our Referral and Relocation Department.
While I have cherished my time working for this esteemed company, I'm now eager to embark on a new venture, leveraging my two decades of experience to assist others. Specifically, I aim to support small business owners, busy professionals, and entrepreneurs who may not require a full-time administrative or marketing department.
